Return & Refunds Policy

Purchased orders are non-refundable. We do not accept return or refund of products for change of mind or other purposes.


Acceptable reason for exchange:

  • Item does not accurately follow the measurement / description / images stated on the product page
  • Purchases items are exchangeable into a different size
  • All exchanges are subject to availability
  • Product exchanges only applied to products with manufactory defect

Sale items

All sale items cannot be refunded and exchanged.



Acceptable reason for return / refund:

  • Item is not as stated in the invoice
  • Item is faulty / in bad condition

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Items received without tags will not be accepted.

To request for return / exchanges, please contact our Customer Service (CS) via WhatsApp or Email, within 2 days after the delivered date of merchandise.
